Is my label PDF uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDF is parsed and rebuilt entirely in your browser — order details, customer addresses, and everything else never leave your device.
How does sorting work?
Pages are sorted by SKU first, then by courier partner within each SKU, then by quantity within each SKU/courier group (highest quantity first by default). Each original page is embedded as vector content, not flattened into an image, so print quality and barcodes are untouched.
What does the quantity banner look like?
For any label at or above your chosen quantity threshold, a bold black "QTY: N" label is added on a plain white strip above the original label — kept white rather than a filled color so it doesn't waste ink when printed. It doesn't overlap or cover anything on the original label, since it's added as extra space rather than printed on top of existing content.
What if a page can't be read correctly?
This tool is built for Meesho's standard "Sub Order Labels" export format. If a page doesn't match that structure, it's flagged in the summary table and kept in its original position at the end of the sorted output, rather than guessed at and silently mis-sorted.
Can I merge multiple label PDFs first?
Yes — use the Merge PDF tool to combine several label PDFs into one file first, then run it through this sorter.
What does "Download on A4 (4 per page)" do?
It takes the same sorted (and banner-marked) labels and arranges 4 onto each A4 sheet in a 2×2 grid, in the same sorted order — useful for saving paper when printing in bulk. Each label is still embedded as vector content, so quality and barcodes stay sharp even at quarter size. Leave "Add dashed cut lines" checked to get a light dashed border around each label so you can cut them apart cleanly with scissors or a paper cutter.
